Shipping Policy

• WEROX is committed to delivering products in a timely and reliable manner.

• For In-Stock products within Thailand, orders will normally be processed and shipped within 3
  business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

• For Pre-Order products or products sourced from overseas, delivery timelines will depend on supplier
  availability, production schedules, shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and other relevant
  factors. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to customers prior to order confirmation.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international sourcing or Pre-Order products will be delivered
  within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the required
  deposit.

• Once an order has been dispatched, WEROX will provide the customer with a tracking number via
  email, messaging application, or other agreed communication channels, enabling the customer to
  monitor the shipment status directly with the designated carrier.

• WEROX will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery schedule but shall not be liable
  for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays,
  customs inspections, force majeure events, or supplier-related issues.
